✅ 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels are still attached.

  • You mention your Order ID, reason for return, and share clear pictures of the product. (If defective/damaged, please highlight the issue in the photo).


🔄 Return Shipping Costs

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping charges.

  • If you are returning or exchanging due to personal preference (e.g., size, color choice, change of mind), the shipping cost will be borne by you.


📦 How to Return

If your request is approved:

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
