1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered.

  • Sale or discounted items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method or as store credit, within 5–7 working days.


4. Exchange

You can choose an exchange instead of a refund if the product you want is available in stock.


5. Return Shipping
